We require that dogs be vaccinated against Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, Canine Influenza and Bordetella (kennel cough) and that cats be vaccinated against Rabies, Panleukopenia (Feline Distemper), Feline Leukemia virus (FeLV), and Feline Immunodeficiency virus (FIV). In addition, we require an annual negative fecal test.
