To our Valued Customers,
Thank you for continuing to trust us with the care of your pet during these uncertain times. With the protection of you, our staff and Doctors in mind we have moved into Phase 2 of our COVID-19 protocol. We will be allowing customers into the clinic during exams with some modifications to our appointment process:
-One customer, preferably the decision maker for the household, will be permitted into the clinic. We request the customer call the front desk at 757-483-5990 to advise us of their arrival while waiting in their vehicle until the doctor is ready to see the patient. If you are unable to limit the interaction to one household member, with the exception of Euthanasia, we will continue our curbside service for your pet’s appointment.
-All clients entering the building will be required to wear a face mask and will have their forehead temperature taken. Face masks will not be provided, and customers will need to supply their own and must be worn at all times while in the building.
-Once in the clinic, we ask that clients stay in the exam room during their appointments. We will initiate payment while you wait in the exam room. Keeping our practice “hospital-clean” has always been a priority for us and we are disinfecting all surfaces after each client contact. Limiting exposure will allow us for quicker turnaround time for the next customer.
All efforts will be made to provide the best of service while still trying to maintain social distancing. Do not forget when you arrive at your scheduled appointment time to call our front staff at 757-483-5990 – otherwise we will not know you are here!
