We strongly urge our clients to call beforehand to schedule an appointment for all medical care, treatments, tests, vaccines, or consultations. This enables us to provide adequate time for all of our patients. In general, our surgeries can be scheduled Monday through Friday, unless being performed by a specific doctor, who may only have specific surgery days.

Sometimes, appointments can not be kept. We only ask that you give us 24 hours notice, so we can open that time for someone else. Please know that simply failing to show up for an appointment causes much wasted time on our part. We reserve the right to charge a “No Show” or “Late Cancellation” fee, and cancel appointment scheduling privileges.
