We believe that it is a clinic’s responsibility to offer after hours service to their clients. That is why we have an After Hours Messaging Service.
For After Hours concerns or questions that are NOT life threatening, we encourage our clients to call our same daytime phone number 757-483-5990 and leave a message including the owner’s name, the pet’s name, and a contact number. We will do our best to call back in a reasonable amount of time to discuss the problem.
In those cases of potential life-threatening medical problems or trauma, we recommend immediately transporting your pet to an emergency clinic for supportive care. Those clinics are:
